Summary:  Ethiopian Petitioner, from the Oromo ethnic group, sought asylum on account of his political activities with the Mecha Tulema Association, which was banned by the Ethiopian government in 2004 and his activities since arriving in the United States with the Coalition for Unity and Democracy, a coalition of Ethiopian opposition groups.  The agency denied asylum.
