For attorneys representing immigrants who are fleeing persectution in their home countries.

 

National Asylum Partnership on Sexual Orientation Manual

For attorneys representing asylum seekers who are fleeing persecution based on their sexual orientation, gender identity, or HIV status.

 

Special Immigrant Juvenile Status Manual
For attorneys representing unaccompanied immigrant children who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected and and are eligible for the Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) visa.

 

Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Manual
