Twenty states filed suit against President Obama's executive action to fix parts of the United States' broken immigration system. NIJC commented to the media about the lawsuits questionable basis and the potential human rights violations it could create. NIJC and two other local immigration groups also publically requested that Indiana, where NIJC has an office, withdraw from the lawsuit.
