Government's Denial of Hearing Print E-mail

Samirah v. Ashcroft - This case challenges the government’s actions when it revoked Mr. Samirah's permission to reenter the U.S., found him to be a “security risk,” and refused him entry without permitting a hearing or giving him an opportunity to respond. 

 

Ramirez v. Achim - This case challenged the government’s attempt to remove someone without allowing him the opportunity to show why the removal was improper.
