Resources are frequently added to provide information to legislative staff, members of Congress and local government, about how proposed immigration legislation and other policy decisions affect the immigrant men, women, and children we serve.

 

 

Newest Resource for Policy Makers:

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) launched the Secure Communities Initiative in March 2008. This program seeks to increase cooperation between local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies in order to "identify, detain, and remove all criminal aliens held in custody"
