"Según el The National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC), los detenidos inmigrantes a nivel nacional firmaron 31,000 órdenes de deportación express, conocidas como 'órdenes de retiro estipuladas', el año pasado, en contraste con las 5,500 en 2004. Cerca del 16 por ciento de las órdenes fueron firmadas en Chicago, convirtiéndola en la jurisdicción con el segundo número "órdenes estipuladas", según NIJC, la cual analizó estadísticas federales."
