A Dream Deferred launched earlier this year to bring together students from across the United States to blog and organize in support of the DREAM Act.

The Dream Deferred blog is a daily record of life in America for immigrant students, and of the realities undocumented students face as they try to plan their future in a country that refuses to acknoledge their existence, even when they lead their high school classes, are active in their communities, and have lived in the United States since they were infants or toddlers.

The site's community of bloggers and commenters take on DREAM Act myths and anti-immigrant rhetoric, and rally pro-migrant supporters to "psst ... do something."

A Dream Deferred is a must-read for anyone who wants to learn about the DREAM Act and about a population of students who lives and studies in nearly every community in the United States but who have been made invisible by U.S. law.
